A man named Jimmy came to fix our lawn sprinklers that were not coming on. He did not cap a sprinkler head like I asked, instead swapping out the valvue (at more cost to me), which didn't resolve our issue. Called to have them come back, they had me wait another week. When Jimmy returned, he stormed into the back yard, ripped out big chucks of grass, capped the sprinkler head and chucked the old one on the patio full of mud. He ignored my wife as she tried to ask a question about the valve and stormed off to his truck. I came out and tried to get his attention as the valve issue was still not resolved

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this company is. Our sprinklers were going all night and wouldn't turn off when we woke up. Despite having a completely full schedule, Reyna worked all day to get Aaron to take some time and come over and fix the problem, which is always done well and very professionally. This is a great company with wonderful people.

It has been 4 months since my install and I am happy each time the irrigation system comes on. It reminds me of how quick and professional the team was. And although I had a yard of burst pipes from original install they replaced it all and returned my yard to what it looked like before. Still pleased!

Website literally says "fill out the form below for a free consultation, or call for immediate assistance". Once I called to schedule a time for someone to come out and for a quote on what it would cost to fix my sprinkler system I was told that doesn't exist, even though it clearly states it on the website, and instead it would end up being at least $99 a hour. I was later told that neither the owner or the appointment scheduler had no idea that was even on their website. It's shocking that in todays day and age that some companies truly have no idea what is on their website any beyond that, will

We had D&L Sprinkler do a complete replacement of our drip/sprinkler system and lighting for both our front and rear yards. They did an excellent job! They recommended some very nice pro-grade yard lights and installed them with new wiring to my existing power sources (new lights were LED, even better!), replaced the five valves in my irrigation system, replaced all of the underground tubing and drip heads with an assortment of different heads suitable for the individual plants and planting areas, including an unfinished space where we were planning to put in ground cover. Their crew was professional

I hired D&L Sprinkler to come and do a complete tear out and reinstall of my yards drip system. I was tired of fixing cracked pipes every week. They came out within a reasonable timeframe, provided me with an understanding of the work needed and a reasonable quote. They were quoting a few weeks out but were always transparent and kept in good contact. They were able to add an additional zone for my garden and used very high quality product. I don't think I will have to worry about my irrigation for a very long time. They also provided a 1 year warranty. I am a very satisfied customer.

We have used D&L for three different projects, and were very happy each time. The quality is great, and they do an excellent job checking the entire system when they complete a repair. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about all of the brands and types of equipment, and has always been able to get our system up and running without issues. Highly recommend!
