Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
We received a quote, and schedule date confirmed with Steven. Infiniti never showed up, it's now been a month, no call, no response. I would not recommend working with them as they are not able to meet their commitments or communicate when they cannot.

I had a pretty good lawn but it was getting taken over by moss. Steve came in a power raked it, leveled out some new loam and we hydroseeded. It came out like garbage! Hard rain wiped out the seed and there was gravel everywhere. I was very disappointed.
HOWEVER, Steve stayed in touch with me over the winter, took a walk around in the spring and totally agreed and realized he got rock filled soil. So on his time and dime, he got rid of ALL of the gravel from the loam and aerated so I could seed again. Just did my first mow today and it looks pretty damn good!

I reached out to this company for some yard work/clean up. They were initially very responsive however after confirming for the following day between 4-4:30pm to view for an estimate, he apparently then sent me another email asking me to text him and he would confirm, again. I didn't see it until a couple hours before he was supposed to be there. I sent him the text immediately but did not hear back from him until the day after, when he suggested he could come by the following day at a specific time. I took the first missed appointment as a miscommunication and I skipped some things I needed to

Mr Stephen Michael Detweiler is one of the most dedicated landscapers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have worked on and off with him for the last four years. He comes up with the landscaping designs like I have never seen anyone else in his field create. He loves his work and is devoted to it. He thinks about his customers wants and needs above all else. Steve and his crew are incredible! Dependable, hardworking, flexible, friendly, outstanding work ethic, everything that you'd want in a landscaping company. Steve's got great ideas, takes pride in his work (he is part of every job, working as hard as everyone), is organized and wants the best for your property. Our yard needed A LOT of work and Infiniti has done it and more. Steve's got lots of contacts too in case the job requires a different professional.
