DeLUX Advanced Manufacturing is a new start-up that specializes in the additive manufacturing of multifunctional materials and devices. We utilize the state-of-the-art machinery and techniques to fabricate structures that cannot be created any other way. Our office is located in Newark, DE. We closely collaborate with the University of Delaware.
DeLUX Advanced Manufacturing is geared toward creating custom RF and additively manufactured components. Many RF components are purchased through RF manufacturers and the buyer is only limited to what is supplied. We are hoping to change that. DeLUX is capable of freeform printing of dielectrics and conductors.
DeLUX Advanced Manufacturing has a team that is highly specialized in additive manufacturing. We utilize the state-of-the-art additive manufacturing technology. Our most used machine is nScrypt's 3Dn-300, but also build using nScrypt's SuperScrypt 6-axis and nScrypt's TableTop systems. We utilize it's multifaceted functionalities to build complicated electromagnetic structures.
