All of the MTT products involve a gas turbine engine that generates mechanical energy to drive the turbine's output shaft.
The output shaft then becomes the power source for another shaft, pump, generator, propeller or anything that requires mechanical energy to complete an industrial process. MTT has been the longstanding industry leader for turbine powered fire pumps, water transfer and flood control packages. All fire fighting, water transfer and flood control packages can be customized and built from the ground up according to customer needs. Fire Fighting pump packages are fully transportable turbine powered systems that range in capacity from 1,000 to 60,000 Gallons per Minute (GPM) and with turbine power from 420 HP to 3,850 HP.
MTT are the developers and leaders of the turbine-powered frac equipment revolution. We designed and built the first fully integrated "Frac Stack Pack" and successfully supported large fleets operating in the field. These frac units use a 3,850 HP turbine to drive a 2,000 to 3,000 HHP pump for well stimulation applications.
MTT designs and manufactures 250 KW Power Generation packages for both land and sea. On land, the featured package is mobile and can provide power for any type of service requirement whether in the field or within a fixed environment. At sea aboard a ship, the generator set can provide shipboard electrical power or propulsion power.
MTT designs and manufactures 1 Megawatt Power Generation packages and has successfully deployed them in harsh oilfield environments. Their prime application is to operate as unmanned stations providing power for multiple Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP's). The packages run on field gas and can be configured for dual fuel with the addition of a diesel fuel system similar to MTT's dual fuel frac units.
