The staff is fantastic! They’re patient, helpful, don’t judge or make you feel judged or that your pain/injury isn’t valid. They have a lot of options to help with pain relief!
1 Month UPDATE- when starting PT I was using a cane to help me walk and stay balanced, and when riding the exercise bike I wasn’t able to do a full rotation.
I am no longer using my cane for assistance and I was able to ride 1 mile on the bike in just over 7 minutes at my last appointment!

PT in Motion is an excellent place to go for rehabilitation! I have been to many therapists in the past, and their approach here is the best. I love that I get soft tissue work to help me heal as well as exercises to strengthen my body. They are attentive and provide a holistic approach to healing and strengthening. I highly recommend them!
