In 1976, the Richardson brothers opened the first Rich's Car Wash location in Saraland, AL. Now, more than 40 years later, Rich's Car Wash operates 24 locations across four states in the Southeast. Our sites provide a combination of services including express wash tunnels, full-service car washes, detailing, lube, oil and filter replacement and windshield repair.

Prices seem to be comparable to other car washes along the gulf coast. Accepts all credit cards and tap to pay, too. Prices on the payment kiosk were actually lower than what the signboard advertised.
There's someone at the start to spray extra cleaning material on the front and back of your car, but despite that the bug splatter from a recent road trip didn't come off all the way in the front grill it mirrors. Everything else looked pretty clean and there was no evidence of paint being scratched.

Gotta give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Asst Mgr Charles Jennings! My car was extremely dirty & I wasn't happy with the way that it turned out. I spoke with this sweet, amazing young man, who by the way has "STRONG WORK ETHICS" way beyond his age!
He personally scrubbed the EXTRA dirty spots on my car, ran it through the wash a 2nd time & she shines like "new money" now!
(He saw my right wrist in a brace & knew that it would be difficult for me to manage!)
The Robertsdale location is BEYOND BLESSED to have this young man! He deserves a RAISE & A PROMOTION!!!

Drive thru car wash should be in and out in 5-10 minutes. Paid and drove up to the wash only to be told the car wash was down and not working and would have to wait an unknown amount of time. I asked for a refund and not a single one of the children working there knew how to issue a refund. Not an adult on duty, no signage regarding closure, multiple employees standing around in the parking lot talking with friends. Poor customer service to say the least! Will not return.
