Today would have been my 3rd appointment at She Brows for threading & waxing, but as usual, no one was in the shop upon my arrival. Normally, I call or text & Sheenam is running late, but not far away. I have been able to wait in the shop next door & another time went across the street to the nail salon to get started on gel removal while I wait for Sheenam. This time, she's on holiday & assured me at my last appointment that she found a good person to cover appointments while she's away. I received the appointment reminders & I confirmed my appointment.
