The meat and poultry department at Shop & Save offers a huge selection of domestic and imported products. TO ALL READERS LOOKING FOR A TRUST WORTHY GROCERY STORE BEWARE OF THIS SHOP AND SAVE: Once upon a time this store was good ,but over time bad management choices brought this place down. The place fell off big time. Bad veggies , spoiled meat, freezer burnt frozen foods , rude employees and horrible customer service shows no respect for hard working paying customers. The place is filthy from the floors to the wall( be careful from the rats no joke).Also don’t forget to buy Cbd or delta on your way out ( my kids were asking dad is that weed?) . This place is a joke. To many better choices in Bridgview

Unfortunately the employees act like customers are a nuisance. They'll ignore you, push past you and avoid answering questions. I was at checkout today. In the middle of ringing up my stuff the cashier walks away and starts talking to another cashier. Within 30 seconds there were 5 employees ignoring customers and yelling back and forth. I was ready to just walk out. Seriously - the front doors are blocked by a shopping cart - intentionally. You need to go past this and around it to get in. Then there's no carts. Ever.

To all you shoppers stop buying the fresh bakery items... they come from a bakery shop UNCOVERED yes UNCOVERED in a van the guy have them on a cart NOT COVERED... NOT COVERED... On Wednesday mornings y'all go to back of the store you will see a WHITE VAN and your bakery items on a cart UNCOVERED by the WHITE VAN..... Just think about the driver touching your bake goods and insects on them also.... Remember Wednesday mornings 8am-9am you will the guy unloading bakery items UNCOVERED

Shop & Save is the place to go and get all your Middle Eastern and European food items. It's organized with flags over every aisle to make it easier to locate things.
Their halal meat and chicken is amazing. Their fish variety is excellent.
My only issue with them is they don't carry vegan cheese, or the Arabic pita bread I am able to find in other places, otherwise I would get everything from them.

The lady with the short blonde hair (polish speaking) in customer service should NOT be in customer service. She gave me the biggest attitude because she had to work. She is lucky she got that tone with me on a good day because next time I wont be so nice sweetie. How the heck are you going to be working in customer service with no customer service skills? I was working or else I would never go into this establishment. Gross.

Stopped in for Lunch Meat, walked right out. I literally could not find the kiosk to take a number so im strolling my cart, with my 1 year old in tow; back and fourth trying to ask one of the 3 deli employees (it is a vastly large deli) where to get the number. Repeatedly they ignored me. An elderly woman who barely spoke English (another customer)helped me find the Tiny Red stand upfront to grab a number. When I Called I was cut off and transferred to a manager who said that THE DELI EMPLOYEE MAYBE DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH. This was a MANAGER'S EXCUSE for how rude and unhelpful her employees were.

Great selection of international food!. A lot of Mexican and Polish food. They have a great variety of everything (produce, Meats, drinks, ice cream, etc.). Amazing deals! I definitely recommend checking it out! Take your time and look through everything. This location has a bigger selection then their location on archer. Definetly check out the alcohol aisle if you are of age. They have a nice selection!

This is my "GO to favorite " store because they carry everything under the sun in all ethnicities.
The BEST deli anywhere!! Not even other Shop & Saves compare to this store.
You will find great prices and the meat manager is always very helpful as well preparing pork cutlets whenever needed.
Please consider bringing Shop & Save to the Joliet area. We can NOT find fresh bread or good dell's in the area for NOTHING.
