We purchased a new construction that Walraven had already built--AKA a spec home. We had looked at a lot of new construction homes and found Walraven had the perfect mix of extra features that bring value and functionality to the home while not breaking the budget. The quality of work is exactly what you hope to get when buying a home--things are square, flush, and built to last. The final walk through was very extensive and they made sure we were happy at closing. I would highly recommend Walraven homes!
