Ambassador Works in a pinch I had issues with my ride in Rogers, and they were the ones that the local police department called to come give me a ride back to Springdale. The driver was very friendly with good conversation. The fare was $40. About a week later I needed a ride from Tontitown to Springdale so I called them and was informed that they don't always have drivers in Springdale that it would be about 30 minutes. An hour later I called them and said nevermind.

Incredible. Called two days in advance to schedule a pick up. Called the morning of date and let them know I would be several hours early and they still showed up on time. Ride was quick and didn't seem too pricey for the distance. My glasses had fallen out of my pocket or something but somehow got left in the cab. I called the next day to see if anyone had found them and sure enough they did. They went above and beyond to go to the post office, seal them in a bubble wrap package and mail them to me at home in Indiana. I couldn't be more appreciative. Those drivers drive crazy! While picking up a friend at the airport July 12 they were standing outside their cars smoking and cursing at uber/lyft drivers and telling passengers those platforms were not safe. I was on my way to Roger's to have dinner with my friend and the one with a ponytail sped past me on a double yellow line....you could not see him within 30 seconds of passing. So glad I was able to pick up my friend and uber/lyft are readily available when I cant. He did not display safe driving skills.

After a long day on a hectic business trip, my husband and I found ourselves basically stranded at a hotel in Rogers, AR with no cocktail options other than the high priced bar downstairs. Thanks to Paul at Ambassador Transportation, we made it to the liquor store minutes before it closed and had a great conversation too! Paul, you were the very best part of our trip. Cheers!

As a vendor for Walmart, I find myself in Northwest Arkansas 8-10 Times a year. They're drivers are always very polite, punctual and the vehicles are clean....(Unlike the taxis here in Chicago). Theyre pricing is ALWAYS more consistent than with Uber/Lyft, and you know what you're getting. Use these guys...you won't be disappointed.
