Our experience was outstanding. The hospitality we were shown was far beyond our expectation. The free shuttle service was an absolute blessing and the service provided exceeded all of our expectations. Also, the hotel rooms are more like apartments. You will feel like you are coming home. I highly recommend this hotel. We will most definitely stay at this hotel agaln.

Stayed here for week last month while taking care of a family member over the bridge in west juneau. Very clean and convenient with kitchen and laundry in room. Third floor vaulted ceilings and a view of harris harbor. Easy access to all of downtown without being downtown. Highly recommended.

Very pleased.

Hotel was scrupulously clean - everything from the elevator, to the lobby, to the paint, bathrooms, furniture and bedding. Even hidden spots (for instance when I moved a dresser for something I had dropped).

Lots of lighting, and lots of plugs in the rooms. Also lots of flat surfaces for work, organizing, etc. Decent water pressure in the showers, and reasonable quality towels.

The location is.. ok. It's not in the downtown core, but the walk, totally on sidewalks, takes maybe 10-12 minutes. Not bad at all, and with good views along the way. If you have someone elderly or

The hotel was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that were not as nice. I highly recommend the Juneau Hotel for business or recreational accommodations. The location is walking distance to downtown Juneau and what it offers.

Parents stayed here and I tagged along. It's 5 stars because my parents are a handful
And the staff were great freaking dealing with them.
It's about a 10 mins walk to the hanger. There's no bar or restaurant in the hotel but oh well.

I came to Juneau in April and will be leaving the end of June. It's hard to believe there is a place in Juneau that is centrally located, minutes from downtown, steps from a city landmark, and next to a beach yet allows for peace and privacy! The scenic photo attached was on the Douglas Bridge, which is right next to the hotel. Beautiful, beautiful area. Now that Covid-19 is settling down, on Saturdays the community has street fairs and even free outdoor performances right next to the Hotel. It's there for the taking but doesn't interrupt if I have other work to do. There is a picnic area and a

I've stayed at the Juneau Hotel during the summer months for the last 3 years. Gustavo and his staff are incredible hosts. Rooms are clean and competitively priced. The location is incredible, close enough to downtown with a lovely walk along the channel to get into town. And stunning Overland Park is only footsteps away. A wonderful place to stay

We landed here for about six weeks while waiting to close on a house and I was really impressed with the staff. They accommodated our every need no questions asked. The hotel is perfectly situated in downtown with access to a printer in the lobby and easy parking. Just what we needed for an extended stay!

I stayed in room 1204 and there was a powerful courtyard light outside my bedroom. The plastic blinds could not keep the light out and the attached pic is from 3AM. I almost could have read a book in the "dark"...very difficult for me to sleep. A $40 curtain would solve everything.
Other than that, the room was clean and the staff were friendly.

5 stars for the Juneau Hotel! 1) Front desk staff are helpful and present 24hr. 2) was able to reserve online with no problem on Expedia dot com. 3) a newer feel to the room(s) and property. 4) The basic room is a mini suite with a kitchen and bedroom, couch folds out as bed. 5) did I mention the KITCHEN! The only thing I can think that would improve the business is if covered parking was an option. Otherwise parking was fine for me as well.

My girlfriend friend and I stayed here for one week, and chose it for all the positive reviews. We were quite impressed, much better than I had expected. 5 minute walk to Foodland, and 10 min. walk to downtown Juneau. Large TV in the living room and bedroom, this place is safe, clean, well maintained, and appears fresh. We would stay here again. Best room in Juneau and we took a look at other rooms just to see, best value for your money. Even fresh fruit bowls at the breakfast buffet.

I really enjoyed the staff, community spaces, and rules of the Juneau Hostel.

The staff (Sean and James, at the time I was there) were friendly, had a wealth of knowledge on the area, and worked hard to keep the house running cheaply and cleanly and safely, get everyone checked in and out on time, and help guests follow the rules. I felt I could ask them anything, big or small, about the Hostel, Juneau, or just traveling in general.

The Hostel itself is lovely. There are a few large communal areas on the first floor, with dining space, full kitchen, chairs, sofas, books, games, Wi-fi, and even

Don't let the outside fool you. 4.5 stars. The rooms, or full kitchen suites, are great and if you get a room on the side of the building away from the road (the quite side) you will get a good night's sleep. Our room was clean and even had a washer and dryer. The kitchen is a modern kitchen including pots, pans, dishes etc. The suite was large and for the money way better than the Best Western near the airport that I moved from. For the price and location highly recommended. 4.5 stars

Extended stay near the federal building. Walls are thin. Noise from traffic and neighbors is a problem. Breakfast is minimal. I had multiple miscommunications regarding my reservations and rates. Keep and read your confirmation and receipts. Juneau is small. Not many other options.

KEEP LOOKING...
The hotel presents as nice upon entering and the amenities listed are there however, old, cold and dirty. The floors were never vacuumed the entire time we were there. The dirt, lint, food remained the entire time. The bathroom wasn't cleaned either, towels collected & replaced BUT tissues, toilet paper and soaps were only replaced once we wrote notes specifically asking for those item. And then there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous guests. We monitored and it remained until the last day we were there when we threw it out!!! BUT THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS
