Wanted to like this logo company as it was referred to me. However, after driving over an hour to the location in Grand Prairie, sitting with Maria Munoz and discussing my vision and showing her a picture of a logo that my son made for me (she did not take notes- BTW), showing her my uniform colors and paying a $25 deposit, they we're unable to produce a logo of my liking.
The customer service was substandard as Maria promised a logo within a couple of days but did not respond for a week.
When Maria did finally respond, the logos were not what we had discussed...no surprise there! She promised

I have used logo factory in the past and the last order that I received was less than acceptable, however I took it anyway as I needed the shirts. So I decided to order with them again since my orders before that one was great. After speaking with Joaquin he assured me that this order would not be like the last so I submitted my request. I did not receive a response to confirm my order. I have tried to reach him for more than 3 days and have left numerous messages. I asked them to let me know upfront if they would not be able to complete my order to let me know and so they took it among themselves

We’ve used them a few times & usually everything is fine but this time we needed 2 items embroidered for a gift & it was a complete fiasco. We emailed them with pictures explaining what we wanted then I took the items in person & explained again & picked out thread color. They were either not ready on the day I was told or they just didn’t call but it ended up being days later that they said they were ready. Get there, pay over $100 & my order had been done completely wrong......I really don’t know how we could have been more clear. It’s a real shame...

I've been a customer of Logo Factory going on 10yrs now and their quality of work continues to amaze me. Their customer service is second to none. Just wanted to shout out Veronica up front for helping me get out so many orders this month. She does an amazing job processing and scheduling orders on time. Also big thanks to the print boss Alex Soto for such great print quality and attention to detail...dude does fantastic work!

I can always count on Logo Factory for all my company’s uniforms, business cards, flyers, truck wraps and banners! The owner, Joaquin, is very personable. Rosie, Veronica and Ana are always so helpful. (Let’s just say that I have last-minute requests more often than not!). They always come to my rescue!!!
