Very unprofessional had the worst experience with a driver. Driver was Very rude older guy and wanted me to pay before like I wouldn’t pay or something. I will never be getting a taxi from here again. Do not get a taxi from here do not get a taxi from here go to international instead!! I will be using them from now own.

They hire theives who don't track the mileage so passengers don't know the cost until end of ride and then charge way over and when I called the company back to file a complaint and/or dispute the rude a** hole who answered the phone refused to let me speak to a supervisor stating the driver They sent me was a 3rd party independent contractor who they have no liability over... Yet it's the driver THEY sent to me which legally the company is liable for. After refusing to let me speak with a supervisor. I requested his name which he also refused to provide. Worst WORST service I have ever come across... Called a cab and they said cab will be there in 15 min, location was norcross couple miles from their office... had to call every 15 mins to check status but they had no idea.. Stupid man after ONE HOUR says you can call someone else if you want otherwise it will take us another 30 min... My elderly mother was stuck waiting for a cab in JUNE heat 3 PM as her car had broken down... I would give negative stars if I can.. Worst shittiest service I have ever come across.
