Friday 19th and Saturday 20th - No service. Monday 22nd Thru Friday 26th - We will be back on schedule servicing Trash only and provided limits for your area. Saturday the 20th - Trash ONLY Service. We will resume normal service including Trash and Recycle beginning Monday the 22nd. No Service on Sunday - Landfill closed.

This place has HORRRRIBLE lack of customer service on the sales side. I been waiting for a call back from my REP for about a week now and have yet to see anything. They only have one sales rep who manages EVERYONES ACCOUNT and the managers can not help me out at all and says only my sales rep can. HORRRRIBLE HORRRIBLE Place to do business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
CTR has been our dumpster company for over 2 years. We run a custom furniture company where we build about a hundred custom wood furniture pieces each year. We rent a 6 yard box that is supposed to be serviced every week. Over the last year they have had several instances where they didn't service our container because of wood scraps placed in the dumpster. The salesman who set up our account walked through our business and clearly understood the types of items that would be going into our container. Sometime over the last year they have decided to find any reason

They did not collect recycling this week for understandable reasons, but never gave anyone a heads up that they were pulling their workers of the recycling route for the week. Again the reason why is fair, but they didn't bother to inform their customers who they charge for service 3 months upfront.
Update. I just got word that our recycling won't be picked up until the week after next after not having been picked up.in 3 weeks. No extra allowed, and no fees taken off for a service we did not receive. I will be looking for another company

Worst experience and service ever. This company's policy around recycling is detrimental to the environment. How can you expect people to save the environment when you only recycle 1x every 2 weeks? On top of that, you refuse to pick up any item outside of the bin. Now I understand what "refuse" stands for in the company title. This company would rather leave out trash on the street then pick it up and throw it in their truck. This is absolutely horrifying and disgusting. CTR does not care about the environment!

We love our Disposal service provided by CTR! The drivers/collectors are friendly and efficient! Their customer service department is amazing and has handled my personal disposal requests with urgency! I signed up with this company about 9 years ago. They were a small business and so was I. I can’t say the customer service was ever great because you could never get anyone on the phone but at least they came to my area, that’s outside the city limits. I signed a yearly contract but signed my last one in 2012. Kind of a relief, because all I had to do was pay my bill online and never deal with them.
We had an issue where they kept running over our culvert and the truck smashed it in, making a huge sink hole in mine and my neighbors driveway. I called to complain and they told me to get a quote
