Bald eagle security needs to improve when they report cars to be towed. They leave a notice in the middle of the night and within an hour they have your car towed. No chance to move your car because you are sleeping. I wonder what their cut is from the tow company….

I have lived in a La Jolla community that has paid for their nightly services for at least the four years that I have lived here. I use to see them drive by and occasionally write (it looked like a kindergartner's writing and spelling) a warning for illegally parked cars. I have not seen them or any reports or notifications for months. But, they continue to bill us for their (lack of) services. This is definitely a company that you want to avoid or one to discontinue business with if you already made the mistake of hiring them.

I just contacted your company and I wasn't able to be successful in trying to acquire video footage of my car constantly being broken into while me in it. I parked in front of a building the carrier Johnson culture building on f Street and front Street but they told me to contact the building the HOA. I contacted but hopefully I can hear something back who do I contact to acquire the video footage from multiple car break-ins daily while I'm inside very strange unreal but I do know that building has great video footage because I could see if anyone gets close to that building to loiter

This security company was hired at my community pool. He was late opening the pool by almost an hour then approached our table after our kids are already in the pool asking for identification. We showed identification but because the address didn’t match the current residence (because we are military). He then began to yell at us and then stated we have no right to talk since we are trespassing and threatened to call the cops. We offered to show identification with a valid bill which he did not accept. Horrible security services.

Horrible service. They are extremely unorganized, unresponsive and have poor communication skills within their company. There have been multiple instances where they are not familiar with the rules of the HOA and will say you are violating a rule when it is written in the rule book that it is allowed. The “manager” was completely unresponsive after calling her multiple times and the “security guard” is uneducated and rude. They must have too many properties that they patrol because the same issue should not be repeating itself after it was already cleared up.

Went to get a burger after work at the in-n-out on sports arena through the drive through and parked my car next to my friends. Promptly got accosted by one of the security guard hired by this company. Took videos of us and threatened us. We left and went across the street to eat, after being threatend and he got in a car and followed us to continue circle us. The guard that threatened us looked very disheveled/dirty and his eyes were dilated. We did nothing to antagonize him. He was filming us before we even parked while we were still in the drive through and was standing in front of our cars

We have worked with Bald Eagle Security for over a year now. They complete the nightly patrol at multiple commercial buildings we manage and assist in any emergency services we need. It is a pleasure working with Dmitriy. He is responsive, professional, and genuinely nice. His guards are reliable, thorough, and consistent. If any mistakes are made they are quick to correct and take note to not repeat. They send out nightly reports with notes and pictures. The reports are easy to review and provide all necessary information. I would highly recommend Bald Eagle.

I live in a gated apartment complex. I park in a legal tandem parking spot that is in my condo contract as one of about 8 parking spots where this is allowed. I have been parking there for the past 5 years. Last week my car was wrongfully towed by Western towing. In contact with HOA I was told it was a miscommunication between bald eagle security, my HOA and western towing. I was NEVER given any warning in the preceding days. The Employees of this company are very courteous and have been helpful in the past to me, however I give this company 1 star because it does not do the job it advertises. It does not act as an effective deterrent or security for personal effects. My car was vandalized and my equipment was stolen under their watch. Once I discovered the theft and damage to my car I called and reported it to the company. When I called and did this the company was not only evasive, but would not even speak to me about the theft, insisting that I just call back later. Upon further investigation it turns out I am not

I am a former employee of Bald Eagle Security. I started off as a Standing guard, then got promoted to a Site supervisor. I eventually quit a year later. I would never speak negatively of a former employer. But I will say this. The bad reviews that you have read are accurate. I would not work for this company again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this job with a hard working professional!

Terrible service I will bring it up at the next board meeting. I called about a noise complaint after 10 all the woman said was she will have someone call me back when asking if Security is working this evening she wouldn't even answer me
We had other security companies in the past you could call anonymously if there's a complaint with a neighbor so the neighbor doesn't retaliate
Security simply takes the name of the neighbor that's a nuisance goes up there and stops the noise
This company doesn't seem to be on the ball I had a call back again at 11 o'clock

I have Worked for this company for 1 year I am very pleased with this company , Anytime i have a problem or need something from bald eagle security they are always there to help. i am very happy with my schedule an locations that they have sent me. This is a great company they are very professional. All of the supervisors do a great job And the owner Dmitriy is really nice i have had the pleasure to meet him. Pathetic service. Worst security office I have ever had to unfortunately deal with. It's not only the security guards who are generally incompetent but also the rude, incredibly disrespectful and dismissive management. If the security guard is on duty they are either in their car on their phone (that make me feel so safe) or if they are walking around they are on their phone or tablet. I was with a security guard in the elevator last night and I saw him playing a game on his tablet, I even heard the noises. How little do you car about your job that your not even willing to bother to hide the

I have used many companies in the pass to do work for me. I can honestly say this is the best company by far. I have been impressed by this company for many years. Management team are very impressive with responding to issues in a very quick and efficient manner. I would love to have more jobs just to hire bald eagle security. Absolutely awful service. Only contracted once and now know never again. The guard they sent me could barely do his job, hardly able to keep his eyes open. Had to ask him why they would send someone so obviously unable to do their job and he tells me that his shifts and hours are incredibly long and he's barely given enough time to rest between calls.
Ended up just cancelling my event altogether because I could not afford to go to another service!
Found out that ALL Five Star reviews are from their supervisors! This Yelp is a total echo chamber and only the One Stars represent the truth

New Year's Day 1:37 am: I'm laying in bed reading a C++ book (seriously, trying to refresh my memory on it) enjoying my hermit life when I hear pounding on my wall. I thought it was the neighbors downstairs, since they're always slamming every single door, nah just some passive aggressive security guard.
When I opened the door, this guy is staring at me like we've been having a feud for a hundred years or something. He was seriously angry that he had to wake up from his nap to do his job taking care of some noise complaint.

This company has the best service and security guards in San Diego. I have used them many times for event security and their guards are by far the best! All I ever get is complements on how great the guards are and they are trained to handle difficult situations. Do yourself a favor and call these guys, you won't be sorry!
