Omar and company have been around a long time and have been doing a fantastic job caring for cars in Jax. They won't sell you any wheels that look bad on your car. They got great prices and are very knowledgeable on what sizes are needed to for fitment. I came in with wheels I bought from someone else and had no idea what size tires I needed for my car. I was able to get a great set of tires for fitment, a great price, and an alignment to make sure they last. I recommd them to everyone.

We have been purchasing our tires from Hot Wheelz for all our cars for over 8 years. They have the best staff who are very trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable about tires and wheels/rims. They always work hard to get you the best prices. The show room has a good selection of tires and rims to view. The shop is always clean and welcoming. There is a small Lounge area with TV and Free WiFi to use while you wait. Can't imagine buying tires anywhere else.

Always a pleasure to get work done at this shop. The guys are professional and don't waste any time letting you know services aren't required. They are also on top of what looks good regardless of what you're driving and will help get the look you're trying to achieve with your vehicle.
They get busy as most shops do, but you can make an appointment and their waiting area has a TV and free WiFi. There are also a few restaurants close-by.

Some really nice guys run this place and are more than helpful without trying to sell you something you don't need. I was looking for springs & sway bars for my BMW and got a lot of help and some great ideas. Their wheel selection is probably the best in Jacksonville- anybody need a set of 32-inch chrome wheels?
My factory mag wheels are a bit delicate so I was delighted with the care

Testosterone reigns here. If you want to prettify your ride, they have the rims to do it. It was a Friday afternoon and they were busy. All we needed was an alignment so it was FCFS. If we'd dropped $1500 on rims and another $1500 on tires, I'm sure the red carpet would've rolled out. But I'm not complaining, the were very friendly even if they weren't efficient. They have a new alignment machine that looks very sophisticated and our ride is ten times better because of their service.
