Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. They will spend all their time buttering you up to get your business and then give crappy, delayed service and keep telling you that they need extra documentation when you already gave them everything. Took them months to file docs that should only take a day. They hold off on getting stuff filed and finishing the job. I had to call four times in one day just to get a hold of someone after they screwed up my license file and then had to drive over to their office during my work hours to get them additional copies because I don't have fax

We started working with Bookeeper office early this year. Like many small companies, our finances were a mess which made it very difficult to strategically grow the business. Within a couple of weeks, Jolene reconciled our entire 2018 finances and gave us accurate financial statements. Every month, she reconciles our finances and helps us with our… B&O tax liabilities. I needed help with my books. Met with these people. I was hesitant due to the cost and being able to pay it all at once. Jolene said she would work with us when payment was due. However instead she took payment out of my account as soon as I left town and never bothered to call or say Hey its time to discuss this . She sent an email after the fact… oh FYI I jacked the money you owe me. NOPE. I was taken advantage of. Ultimately I chose this outfit. I hope I can save someone else the HUGE headache. creating...Eyetwitching pain these fools have caused me. Oh and then after she jacked my account

I had Hannah come and check our book keeping and make I was doing what needed to be
done. She completely messed up the numbers and I call and asked her to come check and
look over the numbers and correct anything that may have been done by mistake. She wouldn't come out to check without getting paid.
I was upset because if you do some work and then the numbers are messed up, you should
at least investigated it and correct it, but she didn't even want to do that. She wanted to be
paid. I don't pay people for their mistakes or to correct mistakes. That's poor business
