Services
Be sure it has been at least 2 weeks since you last shaved, your hair needs to be at least 1/4 of an inch long. Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 12 hours prior to your wax as they can make waxing more painful. Yes, you may still wax if you are on your menstrual cycle permitting you wear a fresh tampon, just realize that you may be more sensitive during this time.

I've been a customer here for the last 5+ years and the business is not as good as it once was. There is a high turnover of estheticians leaving no room for familiarity. After having terrible experiences with them, I found one waxer I like and stuck with her. The owner of this place is a real hoot! Cannot believe the way she talks to her "customers". Not cool lady, found them on Groupon and became a regular after 2 sessions but I was upset that after she charged me for a month when they were closed down she would not accept my gift certificate as payment. It could only be used as aftercare. She went on telling me how her other hundreds of "clients " didn't have a problem with this so i shouldn't either. Horrible! The owner called me to my cell phone after I reviewed this & texted me JUST STRAIGHT UP HARRASING ME. FIRST off I was exceedingly kind to this business OVERLY. When covid hit they texted me on my cell phone if they could continue to charge this was in March 2020, because I want to support small businesses I said ok sure,as they ensured me that later they'd make it up with either products or services. The owner of this place is disgustingly unprofessional. I had a monthly membership and during her shutdown, she kept charging my card. I let it slide once because she offered a gift certificate for future use. She was also offering to do private sessions at home during her shut down but you had to “know her personally” and I didn’t. Come July, she charged me again and they were closed so when I asked her for a refund she flipped out and start messaging me saying very unprofessional things. I originally found this place on Groupon, where I purchased a voucher for a Brazilian wax. It had really good reviews so I decided to go ahead and try it out. I texted them to book an appointment because it says to text them and not call. I texted around 9am and never got a reply so around 5pm I decided to give them a call and no one picked up. The owner is very unprofessional in dealing with mistakes made for billing on her behalf. She wanted to over talk me just to notify me that she's not willing to work anything out with me. I’ve been coming here for Brazilian Waxing for a little over a year and Ashley has done majority of my sessions. I love it I hardly have any wait time to be seen. I definitely have slower hair growth and MUCH thinner. I recommend this place to my friends and family and just waxing in general. DARE 2 GO BARE IS THE SPOT!! My sister got me a groupon for this place & I was honestly sooo nervous and anxious going into my first waxing. It was an ok experience because I got waxed by someone who had just begun working there 3 weeks prior to my appointment. She was sweet and patient and always reassuring me in the process. I've been getting waxed for about 8 years now and have had different experiences. This is definitely better than going to the European wax center (I quit going there ages ago). However I didn't like her specific waxing technique. This is just to say that it really depends on who is waxing you, and that can really make a difference in your experience, especially in how your hair grows in. The worst is

First waxing experience! After talking to others i finally got the courage to get waxed myself and I LOVE IT! Bianca was amazing and made me feel really comfortable. So I've never had a brazillian wax before, so you start asking your friends their experiences. My friends would tell me it's so painful the first time but gets better and better each time. So I walk in scared, I meet my waxer Bianca. She was so nice and put me at ease. It wasn't painful at all. Some tender spots but very tolerable. I would definitely recommend this place. The only downside was they don't answer the phones always. I was able to reach them via text message though.
