I have been a client of Kelli Southern and State Farm for years. She is fantastic and so are the ladies that work in her office! I was in an accident and they were able to get everything taken care of super fast, with zero headaches. I definitely recommend Kelli and her office for your insurance needs.

Would never recommend. Zero stars if it were an option.
Sadly, Kelli was our choice for homeowners insurance, so this is an honest review. All was great until our devastating house fire on March 27th, 2021. The day of our house fire, we tried contacting Kelli multiple times to no avail. It took us hours to get in touch with her. We did NOT… experience what you see on the commercial with the whole "Jake from State Farm" scenario.
Once we were finally able to get in touch with Kelli, she made us travel to her in order to get funds to help us get on our feet. She did not come to us.

So thankful for Kelli Southern - State Farm Agent and her team for the excellent service over this last week while we got my husband’s car taken care of. Sunday a tree fell on it and on Monday we filed the claim and had the estimate done. We found out Tuesday that it was totaled and by Friday the claim was settled and our check was in the mail. We… got the check in the mail today and found a great new car for him this afternoon! 7 days and the whole process is complete from start to finish!! A stressful situation was made so much smoother because of her and her team! So grateful!!
