Not impressed. Poor follow-up. Inquired several times about purchasing a new camper. Was told someone would call me right back - never happened. Must have called 5 or 6 times over 3 weeks and heard "sorry I didn't get the message". Waited 2 more weeks to hear "we tried to call you and left you a message... yaa right! Wish I had a better experience but I'll shop elsewhere.

We just bought a used 2017 Fairfield Villa and it WAS TERRIBLE. For the price we paid, it was not cleaned and had water damage in 3 areas that we could see. The guys at the place never mentioned the damage. As nice as the people are...they need to be more careful and inspect the campers a lot better before they sell them.

Signed papers on our new boat tonight. The entire process was incredible. We got a great deal without all of the back and forth that you'd expect. The pricing on equipment was very competitive as well. My name is Tim. My wife and I are from Indiana and were here visiting our cousins. Our cousin Mandy had planned a special day for us by renting a nice pontoon boat from Lime Lake Marina and RV.
Dan Laird the owners brother was extremely nice. He took us out on the lake and showed us how to operate the pontoon boat. Before we started out we performed an inspection and especially asked about the ladder to use to get in and out of the water because we are older and out of shape. Dan showed us where the ladder was but we didn't notice one of the hooks to attach the ladder to the boat was broken.

These guys are the coolest. I have a friend that works there, Joe. He's got a great heart, and can make repairs to boats with the hands of an artist. The owners are great people and the others that work there will do the absolute best they can to help you with anything you may want or need. Excellent place. Excellent people. 👍👍

We had a unique but excellent experience with this business. They treated us great, we signed to buy a camper and then decided we might want to switch to a different camper, they said, no problem, we want you to buy the right camper for you. The camper we ordered came in, we decided we wanted the same floorplan but with fiberglass sides instead of aluminum and they tried to get us one through some irregular channels but it would have came in too late in the season and because it was a from a line of travel trailers they didnt normally sell, their price was higher.
