I am extremely pleased with this business. Mr. Choate was pleasant and professional. My cushions and ottoman were finished sooner than expected. This upholstery business placed zippers on the cushions. Price depends on the type of fabric you select.

Might be the rudest owners I have ever spoke with on the phone about bringing business TO THEM. Sorry asking for pricing was such an inconvenience. Go elsewhere where they actually know what a Malibu wake setter boat is.... owner said “is that a boat” extremely rude the entire conversation. Owner said I needed to get in line to get it done okay that’s fine, how far out are you 30 days from when you drop it off, okay but you said there’s a line so??? Apparently these people do next to none a year in boats and I see why.

Amazing transformation of my glider. Ron recovered it, repaired a spring and it looks great. I've had other furniture recovered about 10 years ago and it still looks like new. Can't wait to use my glider for many years to come. Take your quality furniture to them for an upgrade. You won't regret it.

Ron did not write down what I asked him to do. Needlessly to say it was backwards and useless for me to use plus the price was twice the price quoted. After a heated argument I left and will ever one I know what he did. I have lived here over 30 years and know a heck of a lot of people in Burleson. Plus all my friends on Facebook. Sad part is I have to pay someone else to undue his screwup and fix it the way I wanted to start with. As a disabled vet my money does not grow on trees..I hope he enjoys what he ripped me for.

Dealing with Ron Choate Custom Upholstering was a complete nightmare! Their customer service was abysmal. I had them replace the headliner on a Ford Escape with a sunroof. Their estimate was for $375 and they told me the work should take one day most likely, but 1 and a half at most. The job ended up taking almost 5 days! I dropped my car off at 8:30am last Monday (when he requested me to bring it in) and it was not completed until 10am on Friday. The headliner work is ok, but they broke the sunroof and did not tell me what was going on until the end. They were making excuses that they needed more

Ron was a little difficult to communicate and coordinate with regarding the replacement of my mini-van's carpet. I would call him everyday, until he said not to contact him...he would contact me when there was further information from the insurance company. So, I did as instructed...he finished the job, called me 3X's when I was sick, calling him the following day...then he got hot under the collar! I cleared that up...then he told me I owed him $200 for the deductible (when he was doing a supplementary job)!! I got a little P.O'd...he didn't want to release the vehicle unless I paid him another
