Had a terrible experience with Kash mortgage. We dealt with Scott and he would never return our phone calls. The only time we could get him on the phone was when he needed something and he would call us. During the underwriting process he called multiple times telling us to get our mortgage insurance lower or we wouldn’t be able to afford the house even though he approved us for 70,000 more than we bought it for. We had to call our insurance company and have it lowered 3 times every time we lowered it to what he said, but it was always wrong because he continued to need it lowered. We had to

My wife and I were first time home buyers late 2018/early 2019. I cannot say enough good things about Kash. Kurt and Cody were with us every step of the way which included the government shut down. They tirelessly worked to get us a great interest rate and with an extremely difficult underwriter. I am not sure our mortgage would have been approved… without their help.
