Gave a quote to just blacktop a shared driveway of $500. Which I told our nice neighbor was extortionate pricing. They came back to her who'd determined the driveway needed to be reblacktopped after 4 years (my now 91 year old Mom was handling her own finances then) with a requote of 1/2 price - $250 which she said she'd pay on her own. Being a good neighbor I said I'd pay $125. They're doing the job now. My point is they been ripping off these two old ladies for years and years. Buyer beware!
