Color me thankful! I stopped in today with a bobbin case issue on my new Bernina. I visit the area several times a year and usually stop in for fabric, but today I had an emergency bobbin crisis. The gentleman quickly offered to look at my bobbin case and within a few minutes I was on the road again, bobbin case repaired. The service was quick, complete and he wouldn't even accept payment. I'm sewing again and enjoying every minute of my vacation, thanks to the excellent service I received today.

Wife has been there twice.
1. Her machine tension was off. Stopped in and they looked at it and adjusted it on the spot at no charge. This was about a year ago.
2. Recently we took in her mother's machine as the back stitching was not working. Waited 3 weeks and wife called at least twice and left message. Got them today and was told it had not been looked and could be another 3 before they look at it.
They could have told us up front about how long it might be. Also, responding to voice messages would be good.

Wonderful selection of premium quality quilting fabrics! Reasonable prices and even a discounted fabric corner. I always find something unique that I must have. Staff is very helpful and informative. Also found projects to work on with my granddaughter who is taking sewing lessons at Accent Sewing. I will go back every time I'm in Murrells Inlet.

Don't go here if you want any help! I went to Accent Sewing since it's near my home - BIG MISTAKE. I explained that I just received a sewing machine as a birthday gift & I'm brand new to sewing so I was looking for a beginner's course. The first question that I asked was "did you buy your machine here?" I said no I didn't purchase the machine, it was a gift. I was told "if you had bought your machine here we could help you out". I explained again that it was a gift and that I had never sewn before and was told "you'll need to know
