Man, what a day! So glad I chose Aetna Moving to help us move into our new home. Both Tony and Henry were great guys and they made short work of all the large heavy items we needed moved. They made it look easy and they did it on a very warm and muggy day. As we watched from the sidelines, we were dripping so I can imagine what these two were going through. They were very courteous and friendly. Oh, did I mention they were on time and got the job done faster than we estimated. We will be calling Aetna again as we only had 3/4 of out things moved. Great service and I would highly recommend them

Henry and Devontae Thank you guys. For moving me. You both were professional and polite. Didn't break a thing. I would recommend Aetna just to get the two of you and hope I get you when it's time to move back a year from now. Also another tenant in the building said you both were great.

There is nothing wrong with the business they actually offer good services but some of the employees are really bad people. Especially one of the garbage truck drivers named Coy, he is very unprofessional and has very suspect behavior I wouldn't recommend him on any of the services that you get from them. He is a law suit waiting to happen.

These people are THIEVING SHENANIGANS!!!! THEY STOLE 3 GUNS FROM MY HOUSE DURING AN EVICTION BUT LEFT THE GUN BOXES BEHIND!! REALLY??? THESE ARE INCONSIDERATE THIEVES, YOU THINK THEY COULDVE LEFT ME AT LEAST ONE GUN TO PROTECT MY FAMILY?? BUT NO THEY HAD TO TAKE EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!! The manager Dan never called back after I reported this immediately and that rude office lady wanted to be funny and say the guns Never existed!! I got better things to be doing other than filing false reports!!! & Believe me when I say, “I WILL FIND OUT WHICH ONE OF YOU TOOK MY STUFF”!! & I ALSO WILL CONTACT

Worst moving company ever! Do not use them. They give you a quote that is 35% less then what they will actually charge. The movers broke many items - over a dozen dishes, broke a leg on a vanity, broke a mirror, bent shelving, didn't put the boxes where they belonged in the new house even though everything was labeled. One mover left after a few hours on the job and they almost didn't finish. They took longer because he left and then charged us for it!

If you are looking for customer service- Aetna does not have it! If you are looking for a rep. that doesn't give you the details about the fees and travel time that they charge, (simply to rip you off- Aetna has it! Too bad they are listed as a company that the sheriffs office does business with, as they really should not! The $300 security deposit- well even if they at the house for 30min - well don't worry they will come up with other fees, travel time... to add to the bill so they can make it at least $300.

Doing an eviction Anna's movers put my stuff in storage Enfield to give me any information about my stuff or its whereabouts when I get my stuff out of storage stuff missing installing and when I contact Aetna they claim the stuff wasn't there my stuff that was missing was packed up in front of me Milwaukee County Sheriff Deputies witnessed it
