Dr. Hai Lai heads up the dental team at King Dental in Anaheim, CA. He received his undergraduate degree in Biological Science from the University of California, Irvine and continued his education in dentistry at UCLA School of Dentistry, Los Angeles in 2001. During his time in school, Dr. Lai was awarded numerous honors, including graduating Cum Laude and receiving the Outstanding Academic Achievement Scholarship Award.

The front lady gave me another child's chart and told me it was my child. I explained I know my child and I know what I names my child (the last name was wrong) & she said "no it's him, it's him". The doctor looked at the chart and looked at my sons teeth (they were completely different and realized it was the wrong chart. Then she made an apt for my husband and said he would have a root canal , he missed work only to tell me she made a mistake and he missed a full day of work in covid to not have work done. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I was coming here for about 4 years

I am so Glad I found a great Dentist. I had a quick emergency to handle and there were plenty of staff first thing in the morning to accomodate me. Was able to get right in and was acknowledge and seen quickly. Very clean office and staff was friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Lai and the staff took X-Rays and assessed my situation correctly. He was able to take care of the Crown without issue. He is very knowledgeable and felt secure the entire time. Oh and he is a UCLA graduate!

I visited this place with appointment and turns out they wouldn't take me because I have medical and for some reason medical was down . I called medical to confirm this and was told that the receptionist had a second option to call and verify eligibility, but she choose not to they discriminated against me because I only provided medical as an insurance and not a private insurance with all this racism and discrimination going on right now I would think they would have more or better service for those of us who can't afford a private insurance or are of low income families never coming

Great doctor. Very knowledgeable and is kind with kids. He has the right prices and accept most insurances. His main assistant Maggie is the greatest with adults and children. Ask for Maggie or Brittany they provide the best service in the dental office. The ladies in the front will accept walk ins even if they're already busy. So if it's an emergency go to them. They are open all week except on Wednesdays and Sunday. They open at 9am. Great professionals!

Office, dr & staff are awesome!! Took my 9yr old in for a toothache she had been suffering for all weekend, & they were able to take her in & do the procedure same day! Thank you so much! Got a tooth extraction by another dentist and after a whole week it continued to hurt soooo much! The Dr. was so prepared with antibiotic to put inside the extraction and it almost automatically calmed me down! Dental work is so hard but I will be going to you from now on! U make it look so easy!

My coworker refered me to this dentist. He has great things to say about him. I decided to try them. From the moment I walked in to this office they were so nice and welcoming. I also must add that the denatl office is beautiful considering the area they are located in. I would most definitely recommend this dental office.

It's no big surprise that so many people are not inclined to go to the dentist. Dentist's aren't such bad people. They're the ones doing the good work to keep you smiling.
I went to this dental office, and it was easy. I just listen to the doctor and followed the instructions. Besides, if you come to the office as a new patient, or as an existing patient, one of the first things you should know is that this office is in tune to what you like and dislike about going to dentists. They want to do more of what you like and less of what you don't like.

This was my first time at King's Dental and I must say I am very pleased with the service they provided. Dr. Lai and his assistant were very gentle, patient and kind with my daughter. She was very scared of the dentist and both the Dr. and his assistant talked to her throughout the entire procedure. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how each tool worked. They made her feel comfortable and not so scared which makes me feel great about coming back!
