Home appraisal process took approximately 10 minutes with no real details taken on home besides taking pictures and one measurement in one room in the basement. Tim does not take into consideration other homes that are similar in model as comparable comp; other than 1) the homes are <1 mile from existing home and 2) the house is bi-level. When disputing the appraisal and using similar home models that are within 2.5-3 mile radius as better comps, it was excluded because 1) home was out of radius range from home and 2) the house had one extra garage (non-living space)? Besides that, same blueprint
