I had the pleasure today of speaking with Erica great experience she was very professional gave me different options for my policy definitely was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time with the insurance company. There was no pressure and she was very knowledgeable about different policies as well policies that I wouldn't even think of ever getting and she educated me to the point where now it's different policies I want to add on in the near future as well.

Erica and everyone at Tim Westfall is amazing. She provides the best customer service and it’s more like you’re talking to a good friend. Their prices can’t be beat either. She has helped us with many policies but I was recently an hour and a half away at a DMV for my teen’s contactless road test (after many, many attempts at trying to get a license during a pandemic) and didn’t realize I needed my proof of insurance yet again. Erica answered right away and faxed it over in like two minutes on the spot! Saved me another month wait for a new road test, not to mention the drive there.

This is the first insurance company I've been with that actual realizes I'm a person. I feel like more than a policyholder. I have used State Farm for auto all my driving life and about 10 years for home. I get the best pricing and service through them. They have always been helpful. Erica recently worked up coverage on a new home at a great price. She helped me wade through the loan process on the home and took the lead on providing the necessary documents to right people at the right time. Exceeded Expectations does not adequately describe her effort. Thanks Erica and State Farm!!!
