Services
When I talk with residents and team members in any Vetter Senior Living setting, I see warmth, friendship, laughter and beauty that speak of home to every unique person who lives with us. We provide the welcoming environment, with tasteful decor, delicious meals and fun activities and events, plus the compassionate care and companionship of exceptional professional caregivers.
In 1975, with the purchase of their first facility, Jack and Eldora Vetter began a tradition of care that has endured through the years as a respected example of excellence to many others in the profession. However, it is not the profession that has held this company's focus all these years. It is, instead, the individuals who live with us.
We will create a living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity, and safety, while encouraging personal independence. We will dedicate ourselves to provide personalized care and services that achieve extraordinary results and exceed the expectations of those we serve. We will select and develop team members who radiate warmth, compassion, and respect while skillfully performing their duties.
The Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the VSL mission, vision and values are met within the facility, through the development of strong personal relationships, while ensuring effective and economic operation of all facility departments, providing tactful leadership and supervision, and ensuring that approved facility goals and objectives are accomplished and quality services achieved and maintained.
Vetter Senior Living is committed to providing the information you need to make informed decisions about senior living options and about the care and services we provide. As part of that commitment, we now post our resident and family satisfaction ratings online. We've developed this guide to help prospective residents and their families understand how we capture and report our resident and family satisfaction ratings.

My husband and I have been living here for about 2 months. I can not express this enough, Claudia and Alba both have been extremely helpful through the whole process of moving in. They are very respectful, always smiling and extremely knowledgeable. The maintenance team is always on top of residents needs within the complex. We needed some work done at our place and within 24 hours of putting in the maintenance order they came and knocked and were in and out within the hour. Our pups love the outdoor park and love playing and jumping around the obstacles. The dog wash is very helpful to have, they

I've lived at Hunters Cove for almost two years now, and in that time, my experience has been very positive. The staff and management is very personable and professional, and the few times I've had to submit work orders, they were addresses very quickly, and the issues resolved effectively. It's generally pretty quiet here, except for the occasional sound of playing children. The community is pretty friendly as well - although I generally keep to myself, every interaction I've had with my neighbors has been pleasant. The fitness room is rather small, but the equipment is well maintained and never

I’ve been here 1 month and it has not been a good experience.
We’ve been dealing with a small leak in the shower valve for weeks, with multiple maintenance visits. Each time there is no notice given by property management - just someone showing up. The most recent visit involved the maintenance person disassembling the valve, and leaving the water off for several hours in the middle of the day while they browsed the Internet for how to fix the issue. This would be fine with advance notice, but without notice is a huge inconvenience. Currently, the water is off while the maintenance person

I’ve been living here for about 6 months and I love it. My apartment was renovated shortly before I moved in and I got all new appliances, cabinets and carpet. The staff is extremely nice and anything I’ve ever needed fixed in my apartment was immediately fixed. It feels like a safe place to live and the neighbors are very friendly. It’s worth the amount rent for sure.

The good news is, the maintenance staff is very friendly & helpful, especially considering they have to pay for repairs out of their own pockets. The apartments are also fairly cheap, for the Denver area. The location is great too, geographically at least. You can hop on 36 or 25 in a few minutes. Also parking for guests is basically non-existent, but i had my one assigned spot which was great for me.
The bad news is, you get what you pay for. Very dated apartments. Appliances older than I am (& i am not young). The office staff can tend to speak down to you & act like they are better, like they
