I called and asked if they could do an oil change and they said yes, but I would need to get the vehicle to them by 4:00 p.m. as that was their cut off for same day service. I showed up at 3:15 p.m. and was then told that it wouldn't be done until the next day which is not acceptable because I don't have transportation. I pointed out that I was told that 4 p.m. was the cutoff and all he would say was that they would do their best. If 4:00 p.m. is your cutoff for same day then it's your cutoff for same day. Don't tell something one thing and then something else when they get there. It seemed like

Took a car to their shop, the worker stressed that my tie rods needed to be replaced ASAP and that I shouldn’t drive my car unless it’s fixed ($500 fix). Took my car to my typical reliable shop back home for second opinion. I have another year before the tie rods need to be replaced. Only problems found were: my rim is bent and I need a toe adjustment. Can’t trust anyone anymore. Poor misleading techs 👎

I bought a used car (2014 Town & Country). It needed work. After fixing the oil leak, the gas lines popped off. They fixed those and they popped off again. Nate went the extra mile, finding exactly why the issue was happening and found the part to fix it. I highly recommend Hughes Brothers. They listen, help you the best they can, and they know their stuff.
