Sanctity is a family run healing center many years in the making. We have taken an historic building, and created within it a refuge from the rigors of daily life. When you come into Sanctity, you will be greeted with a level of care and comfort that allows you to truly relax and fully experience the healing services that we offer.
Whether you come to Sanctity for Rolfing or a crystal bed session, you will find a place of recuperation, specifically designed to facilitate deep healing and foster personal growth. The idea of Sanctity came about in 2005. At the time, David was looking for a different office in which to practice Rolfing.

Services
If it is your first time with us, we will take a moment to make sure that you don't have any questions about the bed or work in general. You will then set your intention for the session. Setting an intention is silently communicating with the healing entities to ask for their help with select issues.
Note that use of the Crystal Bed is not a substitute for medical care. Do not stop or alter any treatment plans you may be engaged in without the express consent of your physician. It is important to wear white clothing to the session: wearing white helps the higher energies see your energetic patterns, or hologram.
We have found faith in a Higher Power essential to your benefits from the Crystal Bed. Though many come to the bed for physical ailments, the healing energies associated with the bed heal us on all levels. The work of the bed does certainly work on the physical level, but it is not confined to healing physical issues alone.
Rolfing is a transformative bodywork modality that has the ability to improve our health on many levels. Individuals can expect physical results such as improved posture and relief from neck, back, and joint pain, as well as improved emotional and psychological health. Rolfing deals primarily with restrictions in the body's connective tissues-the myofacial system.

Highly recommend working with Ossian!!! I had several sessions with him & felt healing happen just by being around him - he was so informative in educating me on my structure, encouraging me to strengthen my calves to help support my weak ankles (from years of soccer & running on uneven terrain). He worked with me on my legs & posture and I noticed an immediate difference after our first session.
His background is dynamic and thorough

I have been seeing David McDonald for years, for rolfing and reiki and words simply cannot describe how incredibly healing and transformative his sessions are.
He is truly a master at his craft and I recommend him for anyone seeking healing and renewal of their body and spirit too. It goes beyond myofacial restructuring. I feel grounded and connected to Source there.
I have also see Kathleen for the crystal light bed sessions which are incredible for those seeking that kind and level of treatment

I had my first reiki experience with Teresa. It was wonderful! Truly relaxing. I was unsure about what to expect. Teresa took the time to talk with me about her practice and really put my mind at ease before getting started. After the session she talked with me again about some of the things she sensed energetically. It was amazing. I will definitely be back!

I just had my first experience at Sancity with Teresa, my Reiki practitioner. You feel at peace as you walk up the steps to Sanctity. As soon as you open the door, you are greeted with a beautiful water fountain, and you forget the outside world. This lovely place is so tranquil and calming. I can't wait to go back!
