All appointments have been planned to allow the appropriate time for complete enjoyment of your scheduled service. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment's start time so that we may begin at the scheduled time. This allows time for you to fill out new client paperwork (if applicable), have a consultation with your therapist, change your clothes and use the restroom.

I have been to Namaste on several occasions for brow waxing and massages, and it is always an absolute pleasure to come. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere of the spa is so tranquil. Sarah Beaton did both mine and my partners massages and she was very pleasant to talk to and did a great job! We will happily continue to return!
