My now Husband and I used Pam’s Travel Biz LLC to plan our honeymoon to Jamaica in early April 2020. As you can imagine, the honeymoon (as well as our original wedding date) did not happen thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Pam’s Travel Biz LLC made is so seamless and so painless reschedule our honeymoon to follow our new wedding date in August 2020. If COVID can be seen in any positive light whatsoever, I would say it ended up making for a great honeymoon. Had such a wonderful trip! Pam did a great job at getting everything together and keeping us updated and making suggestions and recommendations during this crazy 2020 and Covid. If she can produce with all that's going on, she is obviously a slam dunk on vacations when things get back to normal. I hope normal soon. Thanks Pam.

Not only did Pam rebook our honeymoon trip several times and in several locations due to Covid, but she got us out of Cancun right before Hurricane Delta arrived, in the nick of time. We honestly don't know what would have happened if Pam didn't step in and get us one of the only flights left out of there. She is extremely responsive and reliable, and we can't thank her enough for her incredible service. We can't wait to continue utilizing her services for future trips, and we definitely plan to recommend her to anyone we know. You won't be disappointed with Pam's Travel Biz!

We've always booked our tropical island trips through Pam's Travel Biz, LLC but this time we booked our first cruise with Pam.
As first timers and a wife that is sensitive to motion sickness, Pam selected the best location for our cabin and our cruise was great! Not a single issue. 6th deck, midship, made it a very smooth ride.

I want to thank Pams Travel Biz for booking us the perfect vacation! We never had to worry about a thing. She had everything in order from transportation to/from airport, a packing list (which was a big help), information on excursions that we were interested in and her experience at the same resort.
