Visited some friends and liked the layout, gated park, and friendly folks I met. Not much traffic noise to notice. Enjoyed my visit.

Tried to make a long term reservation but since my wife and 18 month old son will be with me, my son can only stay 2 nights..... I asked what’s the idea behind “adult park” and Donna said “ parents don’t parent” so obviously all parents are the same...

I've read the reviews of Landon Green and others that claim the RV owners are rude. As residents of the park for a year and a half, I can tell you, there is not a nicer/safer park in the OKC area. Especially for the price. It's extremely secure and always well maintained. If you would give the ownership opportunity, you find them to be extremely fair, accommodating and friendly. The standards are serious to her but she definitely does NOT CUSS AT PEOPLE OVER THEM. These are offended people who simply didn't appreciate the owner's straight forward nature that keeps the park nice for us who enjoy

This RV park is exactly why I love going back and visiting my home state of Oklahoma. All the people in the park are friendly and offer any kind of help needed. Hell, the day I arrived the neighbor noticed I didn't have an extra vehicle and offered to drive me any where I needed to go.
I have read reviews here negatively mentioning the owner of the park Donna. I found these to extremely false. Donna was pleasant, friendly, and nothing but helpful to me. She does have that old school, my way or the highway, attitude but that's why the RV park is in such great shape.
This truly is a hidden gem

We stayed at the A-AAA Adult RV Park for a little over 3 months in the Fall of 2019 in our 40’ toy hauler to care for an ill family member. We found that Donna, the Owner/Manager, and her staff run a friendly, tight, quiet, clean, safe, picturesque, and pleasant ship. If you are looking for those qualities in rural RV park a 20 minute drive from downtown OKC, this is it. When we return to this area from Texas to visit family, and we will, this will be the first place we will try to book a space. This park is a hidden gem.

Nice quiet out of the way park. It is an adult park therefore they have very little problems. They have full hookups 30 and 50amps. The office is straightforward to the point. They have on Site maintenance people. They will receive and distribute packages for you. They have an LP company that will bring a large tank out for people With Extended stays. They have A laundromat. They also have federal and County sheriffs that live at the park. The property is gated and very safe.

Beautiful and affordable park. We lived there for about 2 years and loved it. It is really peaceful and we met very nice people there. Donna has such a sweet and strong soul. Her and her family make sure the park is kept clean and in order. There are plenty of trees for shade, the water is clean, there is an above ground storm shelter, a place to do laundry, a security gate, good Wi-Fi, underground water hookups, cable hookups on certain spots, and 30/50 amp hookups. It is 30 minutes from Oklahoma City, but well worth the small commute if you're working in the city. We miss living here and all

I love this place. Quiet, peaceful. Great place for those just looking for a second home away from home not really a vacation place. My husband lived there more than a year when we joined him, then we stayed another 6 months while we searching for a house to purchase. Highly recommended for long stays. Easy access to highway. And KTs Steakhouse is nearby.

Donna (lady who runs park) is a very rude woman. You have to practically ask permission for visitors to come over. I forgot to let her that a contractor of mine was coming over and she embarrassed me in front of them by yelling that it’s her park and no one is to visit unless she says so.. Will watch you like a hawk waiting for you to break any rules. Expects you to memorize all rules. If you break a rule she will come at you very hostile, and belittle you. She has no idea what the word tact means. She’s rude and disrespectful. Does not know how to talk to people. If you happen to break

Clean. Quiet. Well maintained. Well managed. I came here to spend a week. Ended up signing a lease. The owners are friendly enough. Very much on top of things. Have strict rules that keep the park as nice as it is. I'm not much good at backing into spots but Donna was right there guiding me threw it perfectly. The area down in a valley and there are lots of trees. I expect it to be very beautiful come summer time. There is a gas station, resturant and dollar general all within a mile or two. Only complaint I have is it's hard to get signal down here. Going to have to switch carriers. But there

I just moved in a few weeks ago! It is so quiet here and beautiful! I will say I have to buy a wifi extended to get a stronger signal for wifi but for the price I have a covered spot with converge with my car as well! I am very happy with how everything has been so far!
