Our team is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We will work with you through every step of the auto repair process. After an accident, we will work directly with your insurance company to ensure your claim is properly processed, so you have one less thing to worry about. In addition, if your car is not drivable, we can arrange for a tow truck and rental car if you need one.

Our team is I-CAR, Sikkens Waterborne, and ASE Certified, and works with all insurance companies to help make the repair and claims process as smooth as possible.
The John Eagle case: This Texas couple nearly died in a car that was proven to have been repaired unsafely at a dealership body shop. Improper welds to the roof caused the car to deform, TRAPPING THEM INSIDE as they nearly burned to death. At trial, the dealership shop General Manager admitted that they skipped these steps because the insurance company would not pay them to do the repairs.
We are Brainerd Lakes' only factory-authorized dealer and we offer a full 2-year warranty on all new purchases. We also handle all the warranty parts and labor in-house. You can count on us to have one of the largest selections of new parts in Greater Minnesota. We have 4 factory-trained technicians on-hand for both Western and SnowEx plows.

I unfortunately had to have work on one of our vehicles and after a recommendation by a friend there is no other place I would use. It is important to me that my vehicle doesn't lose value from an unqualified shop that does average work; I want a professionally trained craftsman that enjoys their work and takes pride in what they do working on my vehicles. Shannon’s was great. They were able to get my truck in quick, order new parts fast and put me in an amazing rental. I’ll recommend them to everyone who needs body work.
