I was referred to Platinum by a friend that works for the company. I was interviewed for a recruiting position and although I had experience in recruiting I had zero experience in security. I was selected and was fortunate enough to to have an amazing team at the office always willing to help me learn. In a few months I had gained a lot of knowledge about the industry and was doing great as a recruiter. Then the opportunity came along to grow in the company and I was encouraged to apply for an operations manager position. Several candidates were interviewed but ultimately I was selected. Once again

I started out as a regular guard with my Blue Temp card back in 2015. Along the way I have had the opportunity to be mentored by a great operations manager. This has lead to a gradual rise in ranks for me.
I went on to becoming a DOS at Condos, HOAs, and Hotels. The diversity in these properties provided many challenges that prepared me for me new role as an Assistant Operations Manager. So if your looking for a company that has growth potential and support. Platinum is a good option.

First and foremost, I would like to state that I am a current employee at Platinum Group Security. I have worked with PGS for 4 yrs and so far all I can say are good things. Yes,we have issues like any other company but for the most part we try to be fair and treat our employees with courtesy and respect. We are not a nation wide company that only sees employees as a number, we take the time to get to know our staff and treat them right!
Most of the negative reviews I have read are from disgruntled employees that for some reason or other found themselves removed from a client site or terminated
