I recently took my Sprinter 3500 to Betts Truck Parts and Service in Santa Fe Springs to have Timbren suspension enhancement kits installed. Hector Torres was the Service Manager and he also performed the work. Hector was very friendly and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Hector has many years of experience in the truck suspension business and was willing to share his knowledge by giving me recommendations for several other suspension upgrades available for the Sprinter 3500.

I found BETTS TRUCK PARTS & SERVICE on the Internet while searching for a place to "ADD A LEAF" to new leaf Springs I had ordered For my son's 1999 GMC Yukon.
I ordered Stock application, Plug & play ready go leaf Springs from eBay.
My son uses the Yukon to carry heavy items In the back and also for towing.
The Original leaf Springs Springs are bent On the front section. Partially because of drive shaft torque direction Tips The nose of the differential upward! In forward motion.
When pulling of carrying heavy loads this puts a lot of stress on the front halves of the leaf Springs!

Picked out this shop because of the good reviews. I called Hector and described a problem I was having with one of my brake calipers and he listened very well and then told me the best time to bring it in the next day. Once I got there he quoted me a very reasonable price and even went out of his way to order the correct part and let us wait there in our motorhome while the part was being delivered. Would highly recommend for especially for motorhome folks who have any problems from the frame down.

We've been taking our trucks here for over 8 years now, nevertheless they're Service department is always available for questions, they always have our vehicles ready when promised, and 100% honest with us regarding repairs. Its hard to find a decent shop for suspension work but Bett's you've always delivered and I'm glad I can count on them!

Service was fabulous and professional. They were thorough and very willing to help. I usually have questions when it comes to repairs and / or services but they didn't mind. This type of support is what I look for. I wish I could have more opportunities to use their services bcuz I feel like a VIP when I'm there. I can't say enough good about this place. I previously had a quote to do my suspension for over $5000. I brought my coach to that truck. Luke, the manager of that truck, was absolutely amazing. Scheduled to work within a few days. They used all OEM parts. Cost me thousands less to use them than the previous company.
These guys know their stuff, and Keep their word. I've gone to times for service work here, and each time it has been an amazing experience.

Ive been getting all of the necessary parts I need to maintain my seal fleet of trucks and trailer. Extremely beneficial for them to be located so close to me. Im actually mad they very few days they don't open, and I need them. Great price, and they have everything to keep my trailers working 24/7.

I needed new leaf springs for my truck and went over to Betts. They really took care of me and gave me the best deal out of all the shops I inquired with as far as parts but Carlos, the service manager, also helped me out and replaced my leafs springs on the 2nd axle same day at a very affordable rate. My truck did need a lot of suspension work but instead of just taking my money he recommended what I should fix first before spending money on anything else. Highly recommend due to the honest work and excellent customer service provided by the staff.

Had a leaf spring snap in half while doing deliveries in LA. Called the shop explain my situation and these guys didn't disappoint. Showed up late afternoon and they were busy but got working on it right away. Told me 3-4 hours, got it done in 2. Also price was cheaper than initially estimated. 10stars. Amazing work and great price at least 2-3 times cheaper than what dealership wanted to charge. Keep up the amazing work and will definitely recommend this place to other drivers.

Not worth the hassle... Horrible customer service do not talk to Mike. I was referred to this shop through a very reputable shop in my city so I decided to call them and ask if they do a certain type of service for leaf springs. I simply asked if they do the service and what is a general price. He replies
"What if the part breaks whose fault is it?"
I'm not sure how that's even relevant to my question. So I played along and explained the vehicle and parts that I have which he did not listen and kept trying to interrupt me. He made it a very awkward conversation.

Came here to get my boyfriend's truck made custom U Bolts so he could do a rear add a leaf. He only needed 2 and the mechanic messed up and made 4 so when I went back, they gave me a refund for the 2 that I didn't request to be made and gave me them to take home since they couldn't re use them. They have great customer service would recommend to anyone who needs truck parts made!

when I got there I had told him I wanted 2 add a leafs to my truck each side
He said it would be way to stiff so i went with on each side. when I picked up the truck
they wanted to charge me $250 more than the quote, said it was more work than he thought. I said I wasnt going to pay the extra but had to settle for $150 over the quote.
Well the one leaf isnt enough like i thought so i called back and asked what we can do, i was the one that told him to go with 2 leafs ea side. Now he wants to charge
me another $250 for
