I couldn't tell you about Chappy's service because I never got any! I took my cylinder information to them and they said they would call me after they checked their suppliers. Four days later they hadn't called, I called them. He said to give him a few minutes he would call me back, never heard from them again! Sounds like he didn't need my business!
