Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a method of therapeutic touch developed in Japan. Engaging the body's own self-healing, this healing art is wonderful for stress reduction, relaxation, and creating a greater sense of balance. The definition of Reiki is universal (or spiritually guided) life-force energy.

A strong yet soothing form of energy healing, La-Ho-Chi is believed to tap into the energy of an advanced, benevolent spiritual consciousness. Sometimes spelled LaHo-Chi or LaHoChi, this energy channels through practitioners at a very high frequency. La-Ho-Chi can help clients shift physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually through hands-on healing (performed in similar fashion to Reiki).
Wellspring Rejuvenation Center is located in a home-based studio in Ormewood Park (between Grant Park and East Atlanta). I'm just one block off Moreland Ave. and easily accessed from Interstate 20. Brad is an exceptional Reiki instructor. He is patient with his students, very organized, able to communicate a lot of material in a full day session and offers a combined Level I and II class (which I took) as a small group at an affordable price. I will return for my additional courses. If you are considering becoming a Reiki practitioner, Brad is the person to teach you.

I took Reiki Level I/II at Wellspring. It was a great experience. A perfect combination of information, advice, practice, and healing. I walked away with the skills and confidence needed to heal myself and others. Brad created a very safe space for this learning and was very patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend this class at Wellspring.
