The office opened in Hendersonville in a small office on Gallatin Road with nothing more than a sign, desk, computer, and telephone. The office was a small partition of the old and famous Freed Hardware Store which is the second oldest building in the city of Hendersonville.

The nostalgia of this first office keeps Roland humble as he remembers the very first client who gave him the opportunity to represent them and promising to practice the same values to this day with new and existing clients.Roland's vision for the firm was developed in a brief business plan he drafted and executed immediately upon opening the doors to his office.

University of Tennessee, Knoxville 1996 - Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. Roland was born in Nashville, Tennessee and raised in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The first few years he resided in Paris, France with his mother who was French. In Hendersonville, he attended Beech Senior High School where played soccer and studied in the honors curriculum.
