He knows hardware and software and fixed my PC hard drive which was crashing and near its end of life. He recovered the data and copied all the windows, the programs, and data to new hard drive.

Experienced and devoted IT professional with 12 years' successful experience in Information Technology field. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolves a range of software, hardware and connectivity issues.
NorthShore PC Service charge $90 per hour for On-Site (In-home or office) repairs, $75 per hour for Off-Site (in our office) support and offer a discount for multiple hours. We don't have any hidden fees or travel fees. The minimum fee is 1 hour ($90) for the technician to show up but no fee will be charged if a solution is not provided.

The most breakable part on today's desktops and laptops is the hard drive. Usually when those parts give you warning time, unless the computer or the laptop is physically abuse. We saw an example of "Power LED Blinking/Beep Code" diagnostic system that some (Dell, HP and etc. ) computer manufactures are using to diagnose common problems. In the computer repair business we want to make sure that a hard drive is fail or I about to fail before we start disassembling any hardware.

I had an appointment at 6 PM. I said that was the earliest I could make it. I was late, by 45 minutes. I did not call, i was in the car. That was my fault. I had hoped that your listed hours until 8 PM would mean that I wouldn't be too much an inconvenience. I was at your dark office when I did call. I was pretty suprised by your rudeness. And you won't reschedule? Okay, you don't need more business. I'll make sure to spread the word, best as I can.

Ray is very reliable, knowledgeable, and polite IT. Unlike most ITs he returned out calls on time and answered all of our questions patiently. We hired him to wire our new office, install the workstations, and complete the set up. He did excellent work and saved of a lot of money in the process. If you ever have any need help with your business technologies, I highly recommend him!

I have two computers and two laptops at home, and lately I was experiencing some computer network issues. I found these guys in google and last week they came and did a great job. Appears that one of the computers and the router were infected by a virus. They did their magic and now all work perfectly well. They suggested to install some additional wifi access points, so now the whole house has a very good wifi connection.
