As the server at my client that had been in service for three years, Microsoft required it be upgraded or decommissioned. To save the client money, we chose to upgrade. I have to make sure key systems were secured, then I upgraded. Client would generate invoice and wanted to email it to customers. It would not attach to Outlook preparing the email with minor changes made by client prior to sending it.

I have a small business which requires me to scan info and proposals, needless to say I can never get it work. I also have three printers blk and white and color and sometimes they work for me. I had a laptop that just wouldn’t re-start but I needed files off of it. Tried to get an appointment with the Geek Squad but that couldn’t be arranged until next week! That’s when I reached out to Rich. He promptly returned my phone call, gave me suggestions and options to consider. Long story short, Rich had my files recovered and returned to me in less than 3 hours! He’s friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, communicated all along the journey and I’m happy to report that I’ve now “got a guy!” In the neighborhood if I ever run into a PC or laptop concern. Rich was outstanding in his professionalism and his responsiveness. My issue was a software problem where I wanted to connect my "smart" plugs with Alexa. Rich persevered on 2 visits to successfully accomplish the desired result. I would use Rich again for any issue related to hardware OR software. A job well done.

Rich has worked for our business for seventeen years. He converted our old system three years ago. It works very well. When we have issues, he gets here and takes care of the problems. He knows his stuff. Often, he can log in remotely and gets us going without walking in. We feel comfortable with his knowledge of our network and the related components. Most of all, we like him.

Rich is the best ! He helped me over several days fixed a PC that had a crashed hard drive. He had several ideas on how to fix the situation and they all worked! If not for him, I wouldn't have my PC back now. He's super dedicated and thorough! He works past his regular hours too and is always there to answer a phone call or text about your PC.
