Locked my keys in the trunk of my car. Called spoke with the owner explained with convertible I had the lock feature activated so couldn't open the trunk release. A technician showed up and wasn't given the information I had given. It was determined key would have to be made. The technician said she would be back within 15- 20 minutes. Half hour later I called and was told by a very rude person they had 3 technicians working on getting the code and key made. I had asked any estimated time because I had to get headed home. I was told they could bring my lock for my door back and call somebody else

Marty was very professional and knowledgeable. He came to our place on a Saturday afternoon with no extra charge. His fee was very reasonable. He rekeyed our front door locks and provided new keys. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has lock problems.

We were about to head out for a day at the beach and couldn't find the keys to the closet where we keep our beach gear. Patrick Martin, of A-1 Marty's Locksmith came promptly, opened the closet so we could retrieve what we needed and quickly changed the locks and made us new keys. We appreciated his professionalism, and enjoyed chatting with him!

He got here so fast and was able to open the car fast and easy. Less then a minute and we were in. Amazing service and nice person. Can’t reccomend enough. Don’t want to lock my keys in the car again but would be happy to call if I did ❤️
