€śMy wife and waited 9 years after building our home before moving forward with our plan of adding a second-floor screened-in porch and a screened-in area outside of our walkout basement. We met with a number of contractors but they were never a good fit and couldn’t seem to envision what we wanted for the project, until we met with Thomas Donne. His attention to detail, knowledge, communication skills, and willingness to listen to what we were looking for in our project sold us on Sun Structures from our very first meeting with him. Thomas and John did an excellent job putting shed dormers that drastically expanded our attic into a master bedroom and large bathroom. They came in and discussed the project with us and made recommendations on the size, structure and shape of the dormers that would work structurally but also met our needs and vision for the project.
The execution was great and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
