I was directed to ARC Auto by my insurance company after I had a rock fly up and crack my windshield. From the very beginning, Frank (the owner) was on-top of things. Unfortunately we hit a "snag" where my vehicle (Lexus) required special glass that could only be provided by the dealer. Frank went and got it the very next day, came to my work and replaced it in about 45 minutes. I was really impressed how well my registration & inspection stickers transferred. I was worried they would look distorted (and of course I just got new ones. You couldn't even tell. Thank you Frank! Love that this is a

I own a 2017 Jeep Wrangler, which needed the front windshield replaced. I called and talked to Frank who was pleasant and helpful. ARC was able to get the factory windshield with the Jeep grill and willys jeep on it. Couldnt be a happier customer free replacement, they came to my house, also there were no scratches or marks to the paint from the install. ARC replaced the windshield on 10-05-18 and we have had plenty of rain since and NO LEAKS! Would reccomend to anyone in the market for a window replacement!

Recently replaced our windshield by Frank and his son at ARC, the whole experience was so easy, Frank was a real gentleman and went beyond his duties to fulfill our requirements. we are from Canada and the price to replace our windshield with ARC was so competitive and the service we received was an A+ rating. I recently has my windshield replaced on our 2010 Mariner. I called my insurance company and requested Frank to do my work. Frank responed to the insurance company right away. We mad the arrangements to have the windshield replaced at my place of employement. He said he would be there at 8:00am and He was right there at 8:00am. I was worried about replacing the original wires and stickers on the windows and he assured me that they would be as original.. and as he promised, the job was done within the hour and it was a great job. Could not even tell it was replaced. Great Job!!

We are in our rv traveling frank responded to our phone call quickly. within the hour he was at our campsite troubleshooting our windshield.
he ordered the windshield & within 2 days it arrived & he installed immediately. frank is very personable & very knowledgeable on rv window repairs. he is very honest & fast. we highly recommend his service if there was higher than a 5 score we would give it to him.

ARC is the Place to Be for Auto Glass!!!
I was on Parkside Ave at the Buffalo Zoo on a Monday. Someone clipped my passenger side mirror. Fortunately they did not damage the assembly but the glass was shattered. Amazon wanted $55 for the entire assembly--I just wanted the glass. Hyundai dealer wanted $88 JUST FOR THE GLASS and an extra $66 to install. That Friday (first chance I had free) I stopped by several local auto glass places- no one had the piece of glass. Enter ARC GLASS INC. These guys are superheros!! They had the glass in stock. I had windshield installed in my 2005 Silverado. Frank came to my house to install the windshield. I am a very curious person and I ask a ton of questions. Frank was patient and answered each and every question. The job was done with quality and pride. If I ever need a window or windshield done I will not hesitate to call ARC Glass. I drove my truck all the way out to Walden Ave to Safelite to have the rear power sliding window replaced. They told me it would be a couple hours. I walked down the road to get something to eat. It took me at least 2 hours and then I walked back. I asked how they were doing and they said it's going to be another 2 hours. So I walked to the Salvation Army to look around.
