I was in a really unfamiliar situation and Crosby was incredibly understanding and helpful with everything. I had never met this gentleman in my life, as I'm not from around that area. But it was very important that I find someone that could help me get my husband out of jail and fast...our 6 month old had developed a fever and a couple of other concerning issues during the pandemic outbreak! He was so friendly and easy to talk to, helped me with payment options and my husband was out within an hour and a half tops!!
