Daniel Canellos, CPA has a variety of experiences that he brings to the table when assisting clients of all backgrounds. He has extensive experience in public accounting from working with local CPA firms to working as a tax manager with a top 50 CPA Firm in New York City. He has experience working with a variety of industries including: agricultural, real estate, manufacturing, wholesalers and retailers, and non-profits.
Business tax preparation and planning for corporations, s-corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and sole proprietor-ships. Audit representation before the IRS, Franchise Tax Board, State Board of Equalization, and the Employment Development Department. We perform accounting and attestation services for small to mid-sized companies including reviews and compilations of financial statements.

Dan bought this business from the tax guy I was using. At first it was fine, and Dan is very nice. Because I pay estimated taxes, every year Dan would over estimate my payments by thousands of dollars. I would call him each year and inform him my income was going up or down and asked him to verify these estimates of my quarterly taxes. Finally, in January 2016, he reassessed this payment and charged me $120 for that task. He had already raised my yearly fee the prior year and my taxes are fairly simple. He did not have my consent to charge me for this telephone call and he did not notify

Finding Dan was such a relief! I hate anything to do with taxes so needless to say I was not looking forward to finding a new CPA (just moved to the area). Fortunately a friend recommended Daniel and after meeting with him I felt such a sense of relief - he is professional, takes the time to listen to you, and REALLY knows his stuff! Oh and my bill just came in the mail and it is really reasonable especially given the fact I am getting the expertise of an experienced CPA, not just some guy who is a temp worker for H&R Block!
