Heartland Fence Systems partners with manufacturers providing the best products available that are thoroughly tested to meet or exceed the industry's most stringent standards and tightest tolerances. Freedom Fence Company(Not to be confused with product sold by Lowes) is a family owned company specializing in manufacturing extrusions for vinyl fence.
Each rail has three points of contact with its pickets. This unique design creates a strong bond that eliminates sagging, twisting, and cupping. Rails have no run lines or seams to accumulate water or debris, so fences resist mold and mildew. Long-Lasting Durability Components are powder coated after punching and notching, resealing all exposed surfaces with a new protective powder coat finish.
Galvanized steel framework is subjected to a multi-stage pretreatment/wash (with zinc phosphate), followed by a duplex cathodic E-Coat system consisting of an epoxy primer, which significantly increases corrosion protection, and an acrylic topcoat, which provides protection necessary to withstand adverse weathering effects.
