I'd highly recommend Adam with Adept Home Inspections. Adam was able to get my home inspection, radon test and sewer scope scheduled on short notice. He was able to provide me the most thorough home inspection I have seen. The inspection was important as I was purchasing a 96 year old home and I needed to know what I was getting myself into. Adam provided me with a the most professional 100 page home inspection report, laying out the condition of the entire house and all of its components. I find myself referring back to the report to look at photos as I renovate the home.

Adam did a fantastic and an incredibly very thorough inspection on an investment property we purchased. He communicated clearly throughout the process, and gave us a well documented and easy to understand inspection report. In our case we were able to use what we'd learned to negotiate a significant concession from the seller that we're applying to make needed repairs.

Adam delivered and then some. I needed a clear picture of what I was getting into as the buyer of my new property, and I got a punch list that will guide for the next few years. And his inspection saved me over 20k in negotiations with the seller. Plus when questions came up during the contract process about additional items, he helped me sort out what had been done and what still needed to be done. He is the best.

Adam Howell did an excellent job inspecting a home prior to our purchase. The details and documentation that he provided went a long way to giving us a view of defects. We have hired a number of home inspectors over the years, but none have been as detailed and helpful Adam Howell. From the beginning, Adam gave us his full attention, making himself available at short notice, and taking time to explain his findings to us in person. He completed his inspection on a Friday afternoon, and delivered an exceptionally detailed report that weekend. The quality of his report was first class. If we ever need another home inspection, Adam would be the first person we would call.
