Ascend Appliance Services performs quality repairs and parts replacement, and provides overall customer services for your household appliances.
Our technicians will come to your home to diagnose the problem; we charge a small service fee to cover the travel and the time required to analyze the issue. You will receive a flat rate quote for the repair, which will include the parts and labor needed to fix the problem. The rate for parts and service are based on current industry prices.
In the last 6 months I have used Ascend Appliance Services twice, once for a GE Refrigerator and then my Maytag front loading washer had a leak. Now in both cased, I called Ascend thinking I was going to need replacement parts and and the repair would take multiple trips, nope, the units were taken apart, assessed cleaned and adjusted and they are working great, to this day.

It gives our technicians the initial understanding of the problems you're experiencing, so that we can tailor a servicing plan that saves you time and money.

Great service. He arrived at time he said he would be here, quickly disassembled dryer, diagnosed problem, explained it to me and told me the total cost-which was very reasonable. After I accepted the price he quickly replaced the part that was worn out, reassembled the dryer, cleaned up the laundry room and adjacent space. Dryer is good to go. He is very easy to talk to and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. I plan on having him back for some other appliance issues and highly recommend him to everyone.

Acend Appliances Service was excellent. Mohammad was polite, professional and timely. He fixed our freezer for a reasonable price and explained what happened and how to remedy the problem. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

We love Ascend. Super responsive, I think all our service calls have been done in under 48 hours (generally less). He is always honest about the cost of the repairs and whether it would be worthwhile to fix the appliance or just buy a new one, which we really appreciate.

Another fan of Mohammed and Ascend Appliance! He was responsive and provided excellent service when our top loading GE washing machine stopped draining. He was very thorough in identifying the problem and tested everything. He spent a lot of time ensuring that everything worked properly before he left. He also gave us some great tips on washing machines, in general. So glad we found this super-nice and very reasonably priced appliance repair company. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
